THE PECOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL MEET IN REGULAR SESSION ON MONDAY, DECEMBER 22, 2025, AT 10:00 A.M. IN THE COUNTY COURTROOM, PECOS COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 103 W. CALLAGHAN, FORT STOCKTON, TEXAS.

1. Prayer.

2. Public Comments on Agenda Items.

3. Court to consider and/or act upon approving Minutes of Previous Meeting(s).

4. Court to consider and/or act upon presentation from Pecos County Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Office regarding Partnership with the American Red Cross for the Wildfire Preparedness Program.

5. Court to discuss consider and/or act upon approving Agreement with City of Fort Stockton to relocate the Metal Calvary Silhouettes, located on I-10 East, in Pecos County.

6. Court to consider and/or act upon AirMedCare Network Site Membership Renewal for Air Ambulance Service (01/01/2026 thru 12/31/2026) in the Amount of $74,210.00.

7. Court to consider and/or act upon request from Pecos County EMS to purchase a Stryker Powerload for EMS 8 Ambulance, to be paid from 2025 Budgeted Funds.

8. Court to consider and/or act upon request from Pecos County EMS to approve updated proposed Fee Schedule with Emergicon for Ambulance Billing.

9. Court to consider and or/act upon extending Lease Agreement for (5) additional years with Vertical Bridge (Alltel partnership d/b/a/ Verizon Wireless), for the Communications Tower in Iraan, Texas.

10. Court to consider and/or act upon appointing One (1)Member to the Iraan Library Board for Two Year Terms, beginning 01/01/2026 thru 12/31/2027. (Member whose term is expiring is Debbie Ramirez).

11. Court to consider and/or act upon request from Precinct 2 to utilize excess Budgeted Funds from Parks as needed.

12. Court to consider and/or act upon request from Precinct 2 to utilize excess Budgeted Funds from Road & Bridge as needed.

13. Court to consider and/or act upon request from Precinct 4 to transfer Funds from All Precincts R&B #4 Improvements Budget to Regular R&B Precinct 4 Budget, for General Repairs/Maintenance, Equipment and Supplies.

14. Court to consider and/or act upon request from Precinct 1 to transfer Funds from All Precincts R&B #1 Improvement Funds to Regular R&B Precinct 1 Funds, for General Repairs/Maintenance, Equipment and Supplies.

15. Court to Consider and/or act upon request from Precinct 3 to purchase Trailer from Big Tex Trailer World, to be paid from remaining Water Truck Funds and Road Improvement Funds.

16. Court to consider and/or act upon request from EOG Resources, Inc, to temporarily install a Layflat Water Line, along the South Side of Harral Road, running East approximately 10.6 Miles in Precinct 3.

17. Court to consider and/or act upon request from Precinct 2 to allow the City of Fort Stockton Public Works to relocate and utilize Aggregate Material recently removed and replaced by TX DOT Contractor during the State Street Improvement Project in Pecos County/City of Fort Stockton.

18. Court to consider and/or act upon request from Fort Stockton Fire Department to donate a 1998 Stewart Stevenson Fire Truck to Texas A&M Forest Service through the Helping Hands Program.

19. Court to consider and/or act upon request from Fort Stockton Fire Department to donate uncertifiable SCBA Air Packs to the Mexico Fire Department.

20. Court to consider and/or act upon Agreement with Strong Environmental Services, LLC, for the Asbestos removal required for the New Construction of the Iraan Youth Community Center Building.

21. Court to consider and/or act upon approving to relocate the Voting Location in Imperial Texas, from the Community Building to the Water District Building, for all Future Elections.

22. Court to consider and/or act upon Predator Control Report from USDA-APHIS Wildlife Services.

23. COUNTY TREASURER TO PRESENT:

A. Court to approve or disapprove Financial Report.
B. Court to consider and/or approve payment of County Overtime.

24. COUNTY AUDITOR TO PRESENT:

A. Court to approve or disapprove request for Line-Item Transfers and Budget Amendments.
B. Court to approve or disapprove Reports of County Office(s).
C. Court to approve or disapprove Financial Report.
D. Court to examine and approve or disapprove all Accounts.

25. Open discussion with Public and News Media on today’s Agenda Items.

26. Court to convene in Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code §551.0745. Personnel Matters; Closed Meeting, (1a), Interview Applicants for Veterans’ Service Officer.

27. Court to re-convene in Open Session to take action as necessary on the above Executive Session, for the Hiring of a Veterans’ Service Officer.
