NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED 2025 MIDLAND COLLEGE WILLIAMS REGIONAL TECHNICAL TRAINING CENTER CAMPUS TAX RATE WILL BE HELD ON MONDAY, AUGUST 19, 2024, AT 10:00 A.M., DURING A SPECIAL SESSION OF COMMISSIONERS COURT MEETING, IN THE COUNTY COURTROOM, LOCATED IN THE PECOS COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 103 W. CALLAGHAN, FORT STOCKTON, TEXAS.

The Pecos County Commissioners Court will consider the Pecos County Government’s Budget for the Calendar Year 2025 at its Special Meeting on the 19th day of August 2024 at 10:00 A. M.

In accordance with Texas Administrative Code, Title 4, Part 1, Section 30.7, Pecos County will hold a public hearing on March 19, 2024, at 5:05 p.m., at the Precinct 4 Office, 4427 FM 1053, Fort Stockton, TX 79735 regarding the submission of an application to the Texas Department of Agriculture for one or more Texas Community Development Block Grant Program (TxCDBG) grants for Program Year 2024
