THE PECOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL MEET IN REGULAR SESSION ON TUESDAY, OCTOBER 14, 2025, AT 10:00 A.M. IN THE COUNTY COURTROOM, PECOS COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 103 W. CALLAGHAN, FORT STOCKTON, TEXAS.
1. Prayer.
2. Public Comments on Agenda Items.
3. Court to consider and/or act upon approving Minutes of Previous Meeting(s).
4. Court to consider and/or act upon Presentation from Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Agent regarding Continuing Education Training, providing Six Hour Credit for County Judges and Commissioners, to be held November 13, 2025.
5. Court to consider and/or act upon Agreement for Website Maintenance with westXdesign (Renee Gaylor); beginning January 2026 thru December 2026.
6. Court to hear Presentation from Xavier Rivera with AirMed Care reference Pecos County Employee Membership.
7. Court to consider and/or act upon Resolution for Pecos County 2026 Indigent Defense Grant Program.
8. Court to consider and/or act upon approving Payment to Cruzziz Diesel Repair, for Precinct 2 Haul Truck Repairs, in the amount of $3,200.00 (subject to change), to be paid from Contingency Funds.
9. Court to consider and/or act upon request from Precinct 2 to utilize excess Budgeted Funds from Parks to install a Pickleball Court.
10. Court to consider and/or act upon request from Precinct 2 to utilize excess Budgeted Funds from Parks, for Part Time Salaries ($4,000.00).
11. Court to consider and/or act upon request from the City of Fort Stockton to cut Road (1431 Bluebird), in Precinct 2, for a Water Tap.
12. Court to consider and/or act upon request from the City of Fort Stockton to cut Road (2392 Chukar Run), in Precinct 3, for a Water Tap.
13. Court to consider and/or act upon Amending Resolution for Precinct 3 Highway Marker name change to reflect Constable Allen A. Graham Memorial Highway.
14. Court to consider and/or act upon Automatic Renewal increase for Hartford Senior Medical Insurance Plan and Express Scripts Insurance.
15. Court to consider and/or act upon accepting Amendment to Pecos County Judges’ Surety Bond, ($500,000.00, coverage thru December 31, 2026).
16. Court to consider and/or act upon setting Public Hearing for October 27, 2025,to move Yield Sign from Old Grandfalls Hwy South at Old Grandfalls Hwy West Intersection, and to install Yield Sign on Old Grandfalls Hwy South, merging onto Old Grandfalls Hwy West; to install Stop Signs on Old Grandfalls Hwy East at West Dump Road Intersection, and on Cemetery Road at Old Grandfalls Hwy South Intersection, in Imperial, Texas, Precinct 4.
17. Court to consider and or act upon Agreement for the Subdivision Participation and Release Form for the New National Purdue Opioids Settlement.
18. Court to consider and/or act upon Agreement Secondary Manufacturers Combined Subdivision Participation and Release Form, for the related New National Opioids Settlement.
19. Court to consider and/or act upon accepting Final Change Order No.(1)& Final, from JSA Architects Inc, for the Iraan EMS Remodel & Addition.
20. Court to consider and/or act upon accepting Certificate of Substantial Completion from JSA Architects Inc, for the Iraan EMS Remodel & Addition Project.
21. Court to consider and/or act upon Presentation regarding FSISD Tax Statements from Tax Assessor-Collector.
22. Court to consider and/or act upon approving Payment to Aqua Metric Sales Co. for Sheffield Water Meter Radios, to be paid from Fund Balance.
23. Court to consider and/or act upon Election Service Contract with FSISD for Election Services.
24. COUNTY TREASURER TO PRESENT:
