THE PECOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL MEET IN REGULAR SESSION ON MONDAY, MARCH 23, 2026, AT 10:00 A.M. IN THE COUNTY COURTROOM, PECOS COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 103 W. CALLAGHAN, FORT STOCKTON, TEXAS.
1. Prayer.
2. Public Comments on Agenda Items.
3. Court to consider and/or act upon approving Minutes of Previous Meeting(s).
4. Court to discuss consider and/or act upon adopting Resolution to Designate Authorized Signatories for the 2025 Texas CDBG Program, Grant Agreement Numbers CCF25-0321 and CDV25-0322.
5. Court to discuss, consider and/or act upon Resolution Adopting the required CDBG Civil Rights Policies.
6. Court to consider and/or act upon Proclaiming April as Fair Housing Month: This Proclamation will Fulfill Fair Housing Activity Obligations as required by the Grant.
7. Court to consider and/or act upon Resolution opposing the Construction of a Physical Border Wall in the Big Bend Region.
8. Court to consider and/or act upon (SLA) Service Lease Agreement with Big Bend Telephone, for Cable Wiring and Maintenance.
9. Court to consider and/or act upon approving Refund to Cormit/Fort Blocks LLC, due to Taxes paid to Pecos County.
10. Court to consider and/or act upon approving Refund to Maplewood, due to Taxes paid to Pecos County.
11. Court to consider and/or act upon Change Order, for Aprotex Fire Alarm System, due to Price Increase for the Pecos County Jail. ($1,200.00)
12. Court to consider and/or act upon request from Pecos County Water Control & Improvement District #1, to cut Water Street (698 Private Road 4242), in Precinct 4, for a Water Tap.
13. Court to consider and/or act upon release of Funds to LT Construction LLC, for Invoice Draft No.2, in the Amount of $97,464.78, for the Desert Pines Golf Cart Building Construction.
14. Court to to consider and/or act upon approving purchase of Handicap Lift for Precinct 2 Comanche Springs Pool, to be paid from Budgeted Funds.
15. Court to consider and/or act upon approving Payment, for Ground Work Preparation for Precinct 2 Softball Fields, to be paid from Budgeted Funds.
16. Court to consider and/or act upon approving payment to Tyler Technology RMS to CIS RMS, for Data Extract Services, for the Pecos County Sheriff’s Office.
17. Court to consider and/or act upon Predator Control Report from USDA-APHIS Wildlife Services.
18. Court to to consider and/or act upon awarding Bid for Rooney Park Irrigation, Bid was received and opened in the Auditors’ Office by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 5, 2026, and to authorize JSA Architect’s to prepare Contract for Construction. (Phase A and Phase B).
19. COUNTY TREASURER TO PRESENT:
A. Court to approve or disapprove Financial Report.
B. Court to consider and/or approve payment of County Overtime.
20. COUNTY AUDITOR TO PRESENT:
A. Court to approve or disapprove request for Line-Item Transfers and Budget Amendments.

D. Court to examine and approve or disapprove all Accounts.
