Commissioner’s Court Regular Session Agenda 9/8/25

THE PECOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL MEET IN REGULAR SESSION ON MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 8, 2025, AT 10:00 A.M. IN THE COUNTY COURTROOM, PECOS COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 103 W. CALLAGHAN, FORT STOCKTON, TEXAS.

1. Prayer.

2. Public Comments on Agenda Items.

3. Court to consider and/or act upon approving Minutes of Previous Meeting(s).

4. Court to consider and/or act upon accepting a Donation from Fort Stockton Lions Club to Imperial Public Library for the Senior Citizen’s Day Celebration.

5. Court to consider and/or act upon entering into Agreement with Flex to provide COBRA Insurance coverage for Pecos County Employees, effective October 1, 2025.

6. Court to consider and/or act upon Lease Agreement for Pecos County Spaceport Property.

7. Court to consider and/or act upon approving Purchase Order/Contract for a Canon Copier from Dynasystems for the Auditor’s Office.

8. Court to consider and/or act upon purchasing a Mini Roller from T. Ingram Co., for Precinct 4 Road and Bridge.

9. Court to consider and/or act upon purchasing an Extended Man Lift from T. Ingram Co., for all County Precinct Parks.

10. Court to consider and/or act upon relocating Generator from the Pecos County EMS Building to the Annex Courthouse, for electrical backup service.

11. Court to consider and/or act upon allowing Buena Vista ISD Homecoming Bonfire to be held at the Pecos County Baseball Field on Harding Street, in Imperial.

12. Court to consider and/or act upon request from Pecos County Sheriff’s Office to purchase (1)-2026 Chevy Pickup from Buy Board, to be delivered and paid after January 1, 2026, previously approved in Budget.

13. Court to consider and/or act upon request to upgrade the Camera Systems from Buy Board, for the Pecos County Sheriff’s Office and Jail, to be delivered and paid after January 1, 2026, previously approved in Budget.

14. Court to consider and/or act upon request to upgrade the Jail Door Control and Intercom Systems from Buy Board, for the Pecos County Sheriff’s Office and Jail, to be delivered and paid after January 1, 2026, previously approved in Budget.

15. Court to consider and/or act upon accepting Licensing Inspection Response Form from JSA Architect’s Inc, for the Fort Stockton, Pecos County EMS.

16. Court to consider and/or act upon Certificate of Completion, “Certificate No.2″, from JSA Architect’s Inc, for the Fort Stockton, Pecos County EMS.

17. COUNTY TREASURER TO PRESENT:

A. Court to approve or disapprove Financial Report.
B. Court to consider and/or approve payment of County Overtime.

18. COUNTY AUDITOR TO PRESENT:

A. Court to approve or disapprove request for Line-Item Transfers and Budget Amendments.
B. Court to approve or disapprove Reports of County Office(s).
C. Court to approve or disapprove Financial Report.
D. Court to examine and approve or disapprove all Accounts.

19. Open discussion with Public and News Media on today’s Agenda Items.

ADDENDUM TO AGENDA:

1. Court to consider and/or act upon supporting the Deed Restrictions of 1930 Agreement between PCWID #1 and Pecos County, to continue the amount of $100.00 per year payment as required in the Deed, effective January 2026, and a full Payment of $9,500.00.
