3. Court to consider and/or act upon approving Minutes of Previous Meeting(s).

4. Court to consider and/or act upon Proclaiming May 2026, as Older American Month. (Presentation by Texas A&M AgriLife Extension).

5. Court to consider and/or act upon accepting Donation of a 1949 Group Photo of Pecos County Sheriff Posse and 1920 Photo of George Burleson, to Pecos County Historic Jail, from Phyllis Burleson Smith, in Memory of George Burleson.

29. Court to consider and/ or act upon Precinct 3 Parks Department to receive Half-ton Pickup from Iraan Volunteer Fire Department, new F-350 to replace this Pickup.

30. Court to consider and/ or act upon allowing Iraan Volunteer Fire Department to purchase TNT Battery Operated Extrication Tool, to be paid from 2026 Budgeted Funds and Plains Pipeline Grant Funds.

31. Court to consider and/or act upon approving Iraan Volunteer Fire Department to equip Unit 501, in the amount of $24,866.71, to be paid from 2026 Budgeted Funds.

32. Court to consider and/or act upon awarding Bid for the Desert Pines Golf Course Pavilion, and to authorize JSA Architect’s to prepare Contract for Professional Architectural Services for the Design and Construction. Bid was received and opened in the Pecos County Auditor’s Office by 4:00 p.m., on Thursday, April 16, 2026.
