THE PECOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL MEET IN REGULAR SESSION ON MONDAY, JUNE 22, 2026, AT 10:00 A.M. IN THE COUNTY COURTROOM, PECOS COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 103 W. CALLAGHAN, FORT STOCKTON, TEXAS.

AGENDA:

1. Prayer.

2. Public Comments on Agenda Items.

3. Court to consider and/or act upon approving Minutes of Previous Meeting(s).

4. Court to discuss, consider and/or act upon Proposal for Leasing the Historic Schoolhouse Building, to Joyful Roots Microschool, for Educational Purposes.

5. Public Hearing reference to Designate and Establish the GW Ranch Reinvestment Zone under the Provisions of Texas Tax Code 312 et seq.

6. Court to consider and/or act upon approving the Resolution Designating and Establishing the GW Ranch Reinvestment Zone under the Provisions of Texas Tax 312 et seq.

7. Court to consider and/or act upon Accept, Approve, and Execute a Tax Abatement Agreement with Pacifico GW LLC, under the Provisions of Texas Tax Code 312 et seq., and accept a $1,000.00 Payment to Pecos County to cover Local Administrative Cost associated with processing the Application.

8. Court to consider and/or act upon approving May 2026 County Court Fees.

9. Court to consider and/or act upon approving Proposal from Overhead Door Company of Permian Basin, for (2) Bay Doors and Operating Accessories, for Pecos County Iraan EMS.

10. Court to consider and/or act upon Resolution supporting the Opportunity Zone Designation Application, for County Projects Federal Economic Development Funding.

11. Court to consider and/or act upon allowing CTSI to enroll Pecos County Employees in a State Mandated Cybersecurity Training Course, fulfilling Texas House Bill 3834.

12. Court to consider and/or act upon modifying Usage Policy for Rooney Park Pit 1 and 2, from first-come, first-served basis to a formal Reservation System with associated Fees, in the amount of $75.00 Rental Fee with a $300.00, refundable Deposit Fee, effective date June 23, 2026.

13. Court to consider and/or act upon approving County Clerk to purchase (4) Desks and (4) Filing Cabinets, to be paid from County Clerk’s Budget.

14. Court to consider and/or act upon Predator Control Report from USDA-APHIS Wildlife Services.

15. COUNTY TREASURER TO PRESENT:

A. Court to approve or disapprove Financial Report.
B. Court to consider and/or approve payment of County Overtime.

16. COUNTY AUDITOR TO PRESENT:
