THE PECOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL MEET IN REGULAR SESSION ON MONDAY, JULY 13, 2026, AT 10:00 A.M. IN THE COUNTY COURTROOM, PECOS COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 103 W. CALLAGHAN, FORT STOCKTON, TEXAS.

3. Court to consider and/or act upon approving Minutes of Previous Meeting(s).
4. Court to consider and/or act upon reviewing (CTSI) Computer Transition Services, Inc., FY-2027 Budget Report.
5. Hearing reference Possible Action to Designate and Establish the Elk Ridge Solar Reinvestment Zone under the Provisions of Texas Tax Code 312 et seq.
6. Court to consider and/or act upon approving Resolution Designating and Establishing the Elk Ridge Solar Reinvestment Zone under the Provisions of Texas Tax 312 et seq.
7. Court to consider and/or act upon Accept, Approve, and Execute a Tax Abatement Agreement with Elk Ridge Solar LLC, under the Provisions of Texas Tax Code 312 et seq., and accept a $1,000.00 Payment to Pecos County to cover Local Administrative Cost associated with processing the Application.

12. Court to consider and/or act upon Ratifying Declaration of Local State of Disaster regarding the Threat of New World Screwworm, (Order signed, June 8, 2026).
13. Court to consider and/or act upon entering into Agreement with (TFS) Texas Forest Service to receive Payment in the amount of $5000, for a new A/C Unit for the Texas A&M Forest Service Building.
14. Court to consider and/or act upon approving 112th District Attorney to reallocate Budgeted Funds from Vacant Positions to Existing Positions.
15. Court to consider and/or act upon Transferring Easement NO. 8796, between The University of Texas System Board of Regents and Pecos County, to the City of Fort Stockton. (Agreement expired 03/31/2025).
16. Court to consider and/or act upon paying South Plains Implement Invoice for Price Change difference in the amount of $248.31, for a John Deere Zero Turn Mower, for Precinct 1, (approved 9/22/25).
17. Court to consider and/or act upon abandoning the portion of a County Road identified as Tinkler Road from the Intersection of Tinkler Road and Interstate 10 South, a distance of Three (3) Miles, more or less, to the Southernmost Point of Tinkler Road.
18. Court to consider and/or act upon authorizing Precinct 3 Commissioner or County Judge to execute any Documents necessary or convenient to proceeding with construction of the Iraan Community Center, including but not limited to Contracts, Change Orders, and approval of specific Materials and Finishes.
19. Court to consider and/or act upon accepting Donation from JP’s Specialty Welding, for Labor and Material, to install a Light Pole for the Comanche Springs Pool.
20. Court to consider and/or act upon Precinct 3 Road and Bridge to declare a 2008 F350 Single Cab Pickup as Surplus and Donate to the City of Iraan.
