THE PECOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL MEET IN REGULAR SESSION ON MONDAY, AUGUST 10, 2026, AT 10:00 A.M. IN THE COUNTY COURTROOM, PECOS COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 103 W. CALLAGHAN, FORT STOCKTON, TEXAS.
AGENDA:
1. Prayer.
2. Public Comments on Agenda Items.
3. Court to consider and/or act upon approving Minutes of Previous Meeting(s).
4. Court to consider and/or act upon approving Change Order #2, Package “B”, from Spring Branch Water Well for Rooney Park Irrigation System.
5. Court to consider and/or act upon approving County Clerk to authorize Payment to Terralogic Document Systems, in the amount of $67,590.27, to scan older Criminal Court Records and Past Commissioners Court Records, to be paid from County Clerk Archive Fund 286.
6. Court to consider and/or act upon allowing County Clerk to hire Leslie Davis for the last quarter of 2026, to train for replacing the current County Clerk, to be paid from County Clerk 2026 Budget.
7. Court to consider and/or act upon approving Proposed Lease Agreement from Total Office Solutions, for (3)-Desk Printers for the Auditors Office, to be paid from Budgeted Funds.
8. Court to consider and/or act upon ratifying Inspections Proposal and Agreement for Ener-Tel Services, for the Historic First School House Fire Alarm Inspection.
9. Court to consider and/or act upon request to assist Veteran’s Officer with additional Funds for remainder of 2026, amount to be set by Commissioner’s Court.
10. Court to consider and/or act upon request from Eiger Express Pipeline LLC, to construct Ten (10) Temporary Driveways on Pecos County Roads in Precinct 4.

Court to consider and/or act upon calling for Bids for Lease of Land, Six Hundred Twenty-Eight and Thirty-Five (628.35) Acres, more or less, described as 628.35 +/- Acres of Land, legally described as Abstract 5022, Block 146, Section 18, of T&STL. Bids to be received, opened, and awarded, during Regular Commissioners Court Meeting at 10:00 am, on August 24, 2026.
13. Court to consider and /or act upon Imposition of Optional Fees for Texas Department of Motor Vehicles. Option A – No change, this County will charge same Fees for Calendar Year 2027. (Which is a $10.00 Road and Bridge Fee).
14. Court to consider and/or act upon Pecos County Tax Assessor to submit the Midland College (WRTTC) Rates and to post the Rates on the Local Newspaper and Homepage of the County Website in the manner prescribed by the Comptroller: Tax Code 26.17, 26.04 (e).

A. Court to approve or disapprove Financial Report.
B. Court to consider and/or approve payment of County Overtime.
18. COUNTY AUDITOR TO PRESENT:
A. Court to approve or disapprove request for Line-Item Transfers and Budget Amendments.
B. Court to approve or disapprove Reports of County Office(s).
C. Court to approve or disapprove Financial Report.
D. Court to examine and approve or disapprove all Accounts.
