THE PECOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL MEET IN REGULAR SESSION ON MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 28, 2026, AT 10:00 A.M. IN THE COUNTY COURTROOM, PECOS COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 103 W. CALLAGHAN, FORT STOCKTON, TEXAS.

AGENDA:

3. Court to consider and/or act upon approving Minutes of Previous Meeting(s).

4. Public Hearing reference Action to Designate and Establish the Marigold BESS Reinvestment Zone under the Provisions of Texas Tax Code 312 et seq.

5. Court to consider and/or act upon approving Resolution Designating and Establishing the Marigold BESS Reinvestment Zone under the Provisions of Texas Tax 312 et seq.

6. Court to consider and/or act upon Accept, Approve, and Execute a Tax Abatement Agreement with Marigold BESS LLC, under the Provisions of Texas Tax Code 312 et seq., and accept a $1,000.00 Payment to Pecos County to cover Local Administrative Cost associated with processing the Application.

9. Court to consider and/or act upon Accept, Approve, and Execute a Tax Abatement Agreement with Greasewood III LLC, under the Provisions of Texas Tax Code 312 et seq., and accept a $1,000.00 Payment to Pecos County to cover Local Administrative Cost associated with processing the Application.

10. Court to consider and/or act upon approving withdrawal of Tax Abatement Application from Fort Blocks LLC, and accept a $1000.00 Payment to Pecos County to cover Local Administrative Costs for processing the submitted Application.

11. Court to consider and/or act upon Order Prohibiting Outdoor Burning (Burn Ban) for a 90 Day period, beginning September 28, 2026, thru December 28, 2026.

12. Court to consider and/or act upon approving Agreement with Tyler Technology for District Court Enterprise Jury Manager, to be paid from Budgeted Funds after January 1, 2027.

13. Court to consider and/or act upon approving Addendum to Service Agreement for Local Government Solutions (LGS), to authorize JP #1 Judge as user. ($100.00, Monthly Fee).

14. Court to consider and/or act upon request from Precinct 2 to transfer Funds from All Precincts Road and Bridge #2 Capital Summary Improvements up to $30,000, for Fuel for remainder of year.

15. Court to discuss, consider and/or act upon repairs to Comanche Springs Swimming Pool, to re-plaster the Pool to prevent existing Water Leaks.

16. Court to discuss, consider and/or act upon repairs to Iraan Swimming Pool.

17. Court to discuss, consider and/or act upon repairs to Sheffield Swimming Pool.

18. Court to consider and/or act upon request to TxDOT to conduct a Speed Limit Survey on Hwy 285 South beginning at Dickinson Blvd. and ending past Sagebrush Man Camp, 1414 S. Hwy 285, for Auto and Pedestrian Safety.

19. Court to consider and/or act upon approving Tax Refund Application(s), as presented by Tax Assessor/Collector.

20. Court to consider and/or act upon request from Pecos HBK Engineering to cut Mendel Road in Precinct 1, for Communications Conduit Installation.

21. Court to consider and/or act upon approving Resolution Designating Pecos County Courthouse as the Location for Public Sales of Real Property.

22. Court to consider and/or act upon request from Precinct 4 to utilize excess Budgeted Funds from Mini Roller and Mobil Road Entrance for Road & Bridge Fuel.

23. Court to consider and/or act upon request from Eiger Express Pipeline LLC, to construct Five (5), Permanent Driveways on Pecos County Roads in Precinct 4.
