THE PECOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL MEET IN SPECIAL SESSION ON THURSDAY, JUNE 4, 2026, AT 10:00 A.M. IN THE COUNTY COURTROOM, PECOS COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 103 W. CALLAGHAN, FORT STOCKTON, TEXAS.

AGENDA:

1. Court to consider and/or act upon declaring an emergency due to damage to Pecos County property and finding that delay in repairs could result in additional damage, and constitutes a safety and potential health hazard under Texas Local Government Code Section 262.024 (a)(1), (2) and (5). (Water Well).

2. Court to consider and/or act upon allowing replacement of a new Water Well, at the Desert Pines Golf Course.

3. Adjourn.
